KAYAK RENTALS

Pick up a kayak at one of our two riverside locations: the Wailua River, or the Hule'ia River. We'll provide basic paddling school and detailed info on the river and safety. Don't worry, the rivers are calm water, not whitewater. You can paddle the amazing jungle river, the Hule'ia, deep into the heart of the island, through a beautiful National Wildlife Refuge at the base of a 3000' mountain range! On the Wailua River on Kauai's lush East Side you can combine the paddling with a two-mile round trip hike to a tropical waterfall.

We recommend you bring a swimsuit, shorts, t-shirt, windbreaker or light rain coat, footwear with aggressive tread for muddy conditions. A sport type sandals with heelstraps or aqua socks with tread work great. You provide your own food and drink. And don't forget a hat, sunscreen and bug spray.
